An oddity; an obstruction... a conundrum.
Here I am in a local comic shop, glancing across the SiP collection on the shelves when, lo and behold, I see issue #33. But it seems strange, since I know I've finally caught up through all the tpb's and the latest issues, and yet, I don't recognize this issue, or the odd little story contained within (Freddie as a semi-super-villain? wow...)
So when I get back home, I flip through the Child of Rage trade, and surprisingly enough, it does skip right over #33, something I hadn't noticed until yesterday... Now, does anyone know if this was something that was done because it disrupted the flow of that storyline, or was there another reason?

#33 was whats known as the summer fun issue. it wasnt put in the TPB cuz it wasnt really part of the child of rage story. the beach issue, another summer fun issue, wasnt in its respective TPB either? im not too sure.
but i do know that this one was left out more cuz it just wasnt part of the story.

Which reminds me....
we didn't get one this year...
There was supposed to be a slumber party issue.
Or was the girls driniking beer in the last issue it?
Summer Fun issues are where Terry just does whatever he feels like, and doesn't actually move the story along in it. The first one was the Xena parody.

Yeah, the beach issue (assuming #25 is the one you were talking about, Oz) was the first story in the My Other Life trade... Thanks for clearing that up, though.

Call me confused but I thought #33 WAS this years 'fun' issue. Maybe I'm just confused with my dates. Hmm.

"Freddy's Day" issue was like a fun issue, I think that's all we get this year...
And Terry planted a "clue" in the Zena parody issue, like we were supposed to know she was being serious! A dirty rotten trick, auch!
"...Jonestown for pets." LMAO! Hahahahaha!
